Omdat we al een behoorlijke tijd actief zijn in de westernsport en omdat we graag aan wedstrijden mee doen kunnen we met enige trots zeggen dat we in de loop van de jaren een behoorlijke prijzenkast hebben opgebouwd. Hieronder zie je een overzicht van de door ons behaalde titels.

At Euro Paint 2011 My Zippers Good was shown in Jr. Trail, Jr. Western Pleasure and Jr. Hunter under Saddle Open with the following results;
Junior Trail Open placed 3rd, 2x4rd, 5th and 7th overall 4rd place
Junior Western Pleasure Open placed 2x6th and 7th overall 6th place
Junior Hunter under Saddle placed 6th and 2x7th overall 8th place

Previous owner Bill Korsack of 4 K Training Stables, Purcell-Oklahoma has shown Eddie to a World Championship at the Pinto World Show in 2008. They won the Longe Line and also became NSBA Champions. At the Pinto Congress in the same year they were in the top 5 in Open Longe Line and 3rd placed NSBA Longe Line. One Year later Eddie was shown as a 2 year old in Western Pleasure and placed in the top 10 at the PtHA World Show.

Im So Brio
1998 AQHA registered palomino gelding by Brio Pat Bars (v. Zippo Pat Bars x mv. Brio) out of King Belle Sadie (v. Hank Bell x mv. King Two Eye). Owned by Karin van Bekkum, Hooglanderveen - Netherlands.
Koffie was born out of one of our first quarter horses that we have shown; King Belle Sadie. After a short showcarreer that ended due to a serious injury we decided to breed her to Europe's hottest stallion of that time; Brio Pat Bars. He was a sensation, coming from the US and winning class after class in Western Pleasure and Western Riding. A gorgeous golden palomino with white mane and tail. A year later, in 1997 Koffie was born. With exactly the same white markings as his dam, inherited through her double Two Eyed Jack bloodline and gorgeous palomino colored, he was an eye catcher right from the start. That same year he was shown in one of the first Dutch Halter Futurities ever and won the class! As a yearling and 2 year old Koffie was shown in halter with good succes. As a 2 year old he was European Reserve Champion Halter 2&under Amateur Stallion with Yvette van Bekkum. In 1999 and 2000 he qualified for the World Show in Open and Amateur Halter and won the International Highpoint title. Also earning enough points for his Register of Merit Open Halter.

As a 3 year old he was shown under saddle and started his breeding carreer. He qualified for the World Show again in Open and Amateur Halter and the next year earned enough points for his Register of Merit Performance Open with a International Highpoint in Jr Trail and Jr Western Riding. With Gary Marble on board Koffie was also the German Reserve Champion Western Riding that year. In 2003 Koffie was honoured with the title of AQHA Champion Open. That was a very special moment for us considering that he was the first ever Dutch bred, raised and trained horse to win this title. That same year he qualified for the World Show in Open Jr Western Riding and Open Jr Trail and earned his Open and Amateur Register of Merit Performance and Halter. Also International Highpoint Amateur Stallion and Hunt Seat Equitation.

From then on we focused on his breeding carreer and retired him from the showring. That was what we originally planned, but things went different......... There was not enough interest for him as a stallion and that made us decide to retire him from breeding and return to the showring. After standing around in the paddock and not do much training at all Yvette and I re-introduced Koffie in the showpen at the Dutch Championship show in 2005. Yvette won Allround Amateur and I won Allround Open with Koffie that year and he qualified for the World Show (with only competing in the DC) for Amateur Halter Gelding, Amateur Hunter under Saddle and Amateur Hunt Seat Equitation. 
In 2009 Koffie moved to Yvette's place and became solely her horse. Together they are still enjoying training for Allround, adding new disciplines like Reining and Showmanship. Every now and then competing in a show but mostly enjoying each others company while going on trailrides.
Crown on our work was Koffie and Yvette earning the Amateur AQHA Champion title in 2010 all due to their excellent performance at the Dutch Championship Show that year. They earned a total of 17 points, won the Hunt Seat Equitation, Trail and Western Pleasure and were placed in the top 3 in all other disciplines.

In a timeframe of 13 years Koffie has shown everybody what a true Allround Horse he is and for us he is the evidence of our excellent program that combines well thought training with lot's of common sense! Horses can last long and still enjoy their work, while we will enjoy working with them.
